Are you a dedicated and internationally minded Recruitment Consultant who can implement best-in-class recruitment processes and methods?

You will be joining the Global Human Resources team, where you will be part of a small team of dedicated and professional HR colleagues. You will report to the HR Operation Manager and the position is located in greater Copenhagen. As this position will be supporting a global HR organization you must be ready to travel up to 10 days per year primarily in Europe.

As Recruitment Consultant you will have the primary contact for recruitment related to transactional services from hire to retire, including on boarding of employees and transfers of employees between countries.

You will ensure that the recruitment model is capable of delivering the right talent to the different departments within the Group, including assisting in hiring processes and conduct interviews and candidate shortlist. Also, you will select recruitment partners within search and selection.

You will be responsible for develop and implement a global recruitment governance and best practice interviewing methods including evaluation and administration of assessment tools.

Furthermore, you will support all relevant processes of succession and talent planning.


  • You have HR operational experience and is a strong executer.
  • You have in-depth HR process knowledge and have experience with optimization.
  • You have knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • You can independently fulfill this role – you are robust by nature, and you have the courage to challenge the existing recruitment processes.
  • You are service minded and also business and Customer oriented.
  • You are a team player who have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are goal oriented and a completer with an eye for details.

Recruitment process

1st step
In the first step, we assess candidates’ background. The candidates who match the job profile best, invited to interview. As a candidate you will be introduced to the job and company and we ask detailed questions into your background.

2nd step
In the second step the best matching candidates meets our client. At the meeting, we go further in depth with the position, company and your background.

3rd step
In the third step, the best matching candidates are invited the a test interview. Before the meeting you will be asked to fill in two types of test, partly a skill test and partly a personality test both online. We discuss your personal qualities for the job and gets subsequently with your permission references from previous jobs

4th step
In the fourth step the best candidates are invited to a final meeting with our client. Before the final candidate is chosen you will meet your future manager again and maybe a small wider group of people in the company.
