Group Sustainability Specialist
This is a newly created key role, where you get the possibility to drive the development and transformation of the sustainability agenda.
As a Sustainability Specialist you will work across the international organization, where you will be responsible for running and implementing sustainability data projects at DAT-Schaub Group.
Your main focus will be to manage the development of DAT-Schaub’ sustainability reporting and collaborate with multiple stakeholders regarding sustainability data. You will be the go-to person when it comes to all forms of sustainability data, so you will support the organization with data analyses and insights.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation of data gathering and validation processes according to data manuals from Group Sustainability, Danish Crown for all DAT-Schaubs sites.
Also, you will be responsible for compliance with data gathering and validation of nonfinancial data.
You will sign off on consolidated non-financial data at DAT-Schaub group.
Moreover, you will provide feedback to Group Sustainability, Danish Crown on data gathering and validation processes for continues improvements.
You will ensure dialogue with colleagues at site level responsible for the daily handling of data gathering and validation accordance with agreed processes.
Who are you?
You are passionate about sustainability and numbers and you have an understanding for financial and/or integrated annual and quarterly reporting. (You don’t need to have hands on experience from financial reporting, just an understanding how it correlates to sustainability reporting).
You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel. It is a plus if you have experience of MS Power BI or other visualization tools.
As a person you have excellent interpersonal skills and are development oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
As a person you need to be analytical and detail-oriented, but still have the ability to see the bigger picture.
You are organized, solution oriented and work independently with a can-do and pragmatic attitude.
You are also an outgoing team player, who finds stakeholder management naturally.
You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
You have excellent English written and oral communication skills.

1st step
In the first step, we assess candidates’ background. The candidates who match the job profile best will be invited to an interview. As a candidate you will be introduced to the job and company and we ask detailed questions about your background.
2nd step
In the second step the best matching candidates meets our client. At the meeting, we go further in depth with the position, company and your background.
3rd step
In the third step, the best matching candidates are invited to a test interview. Before the meeting you will be asked to fill in two types of test, partly a skill test and partly a personality test – both online. We discuss your personal qualities for the job and gets subsequently – with your permission – references from previous jobs
4th step
In the fourth step the best candidates are invited to a final meeting with our client. Before the final candidate is choosen you will meet your future manager again and maybe a small wider group of people in the company,
