Group Financial Controller

Key responsibilities

The Group Financial Controller is a part of a team with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Month-end closing including analysis of P/L and Balance Sheet
  • Controlling of subsidiaries and ensuring compliant group reporting
  • Preparation of several monthly management reports
  • Preparing consolidated accounts and group reports
  • Conduct controlling visits of subsidiaries
  • Preparing consolidated product group accounts
  • Transfer pricing/internal profit reviews
  • Annual Budgets
  • Implementing IFRS and Internal procedures
  • Ad-hoc analysis
  • Contact to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

You hold a relevant degree such as HD(R) and/or a Cand.Merc.Aud, and have 3+ years of documented experience with financial controlling. It is a plus if you have experience with controlling of subsidiaries and Group consolidation.

Furthermore, it is ideal if you:

  • Have experience with IFRS and IAS is a plus
  • Have experience with Excel and SAP BPC is a plus including knowledge to Power-BI
  • Have excellent Danish and English written and oral communication skills
  • Anticipates internal or external business challenges/regulatory issues and makes recommendations.

Additionally, it is a plus if you have experience working in an international manufacturing environment.

You are known for focusing on propriety and teamwork. You are structured, systematic, work independently and good at creating an overview. You take initiative and responsibility, are accommodating and committed and have an open approach to the tasks while you are thorough and in control of the details.

By nature you are curious about the commercial side of the business, which leads to a strong understanding of the business. Finally, you have a positive mindset and likes to contribute to the team.

Travelling
Approx. 7-15 days /year

1st step

4th step

In the fourth step the best candidates are invited to a final meeting with our client. Before the final candidate is choosen you will meet your future manager again and maybe a small wider group of people in the company,
